0.75x body weight Thrusters, 2 reps

Rest 5 mins and repeat

    Round 1: 6 rounds + 1 bench
    Round 2: 5 rounds + 2 bench (on fourth round had to switch to front squats because we can't do thrusters at helwel...apparently)

    Max: (155# BP, 95# thrusters)
    Round 1: 5 rounds + 1 bench
    Round 2: 5 rounds (front squats instead of thrusters)
