5 Dumbbell hang cleans
Shoulder Carry
5 Dumbbell hang cleans
Overhead Walk
5 Dumbbell hang cleans
Increase the load each round. Only acceptable "rest" position is weights on shoulders or legs, not on ground. Rest as necessary between rounds.
