Hip/ankle mobility

WOD

100m Lunge (~once around track)
100m reverse lunge

Total time in minutes x 10 = Sit-ups to be done.

    Jer: 6:20 + 60 situps (did an additional 20 for the hell of it)

    Jared: 7:20 + 70 situps
