200 touches with jump rope (go for unbroken)
Calf and anterior stretches

WOD:
Run 1600 meters
3 min Rest
Run 1200 meters
2 min Rest
Run 800 meters
1 min Rest
Run 400 meters

Use the track or treadmill. Total time minus rests is score.
