  1. Packed more than usual so I went for 1RM on Bench and 3RM on frontsquat

    Bench: 235 (30# PR)
    Frontsquat: 235 (10# PR)

    Held a front lever and back lever with one leg extended for 5 seconds as well (the PR I am most satisfied with)
