We'll be doing Corpus tomorrow at 5 after biochem.
For those that want to do a weighted WOD, this one is from the main site:
Warm Up
WOD
Five rounds of:
5 Dumbbell deadlifts
5 Dumbbell hang cleans
5 Dumbbell push presses
5 Dumbbell squats
Increase the load each round. Rest as necessary between rounds.
Here are some of the weights for competitive athletes: Rob Orlando 65lbs, 75lbs, 85lbs, 95lbs(f), 95lbs(f).
I am doing a BW WOD, sadly:

Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.
