The gym is back open, which means its time for some glorious squat cleans! See you at 12 in Lerner.

Warm Up

10 Push Ups
15 Squats
250m Row
Dynamic Stretching

Strength: Squat Clean
2x10 @ 80% 1RM (e.g.: 164#, JLH)

WOD:
Three rounds for time of:
95 pound Ground to overhead, 30 reps
Toes to Bar, 20 reps

Stretch

  1. Apparently, the new gym policy is that I can't wear my beloved five-fingers into the weight room...so I instead of today's WOD I worked on double unders and backwards/forwards levers. Also did pull-up strength work.

    Will do today's WOD tomorrow.

    Not feeling too great this weekend but did what I could.

    3x5 squat cleans @ 115#

    WOD 28:50 scaled to 75#
