Aug 3: Boca Raton Edition

Just because you are without a gym doesn't mean you still can't be nasty.

Warm Up:
Do whatever you can to get warm

WOD:
4 rounds for time,
400m run
20 Push-Ups
20 Sit-Ups
10 Burpees

Stretch
