Ring Dips (we'll substitute full range dips, as in AT LEAST 90 degree bend in elbows at the bottom and FULL lock-out at top.

Jer: 10:47 with regular dips, no rings.

Ramy: untimed but he was tearing through it until staff told him we can't do o-lifts anymore.
Definitely did it with 115 lbs...
