I am doing this on Tuesday because I have CAP tomorrow. Tear it up!

Warm Up:
2 rounds
5 Squat to stand
10 Squats
10 Hand release Push-Ups
Maybe some deep lunges if you feel tight.

Strength: Bench Press
5x5
